Always Human Tapes is a label that I run with Peter Lansky (TML) and Josh Bestgen (Heckadecimal). I founded the label in 2013 as a way to release my own music. As I started playing more shows in the Minneapolis area, it became apparent that AHT could expand beyond my music and myself. The label is a collaborative effort to release our music and the music of lesser-known electronic producers. Our goal is to release music that instantly grabs us and then stays in our collective memory long after we have listened to it. We release the music we love to listen to and have released over 100 albums in the past 5 years.
